By Road - (Gatwick Airport / Brighton)
Follow signs on the M25 for M23 then take the M23/A23 towards Brighton, then the A27 to Polegate (Lewes) ; at Polegate follow the A22 to Eastbourne. Follow signs towards the seafront (west) . Turn left towards the eastern end of the front and The York House Hotel. Turn left by The York House Hotel on to St Aubyns Road. Aintree Guest House is halfway down on the left.

By Rail - a twice hourly service from London/Victoria station to Eastbourne (90 minutes' duration).
