Aintree House is a lovely Victorian property approximately 40 metres from the seafront and promenade. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre, pier, local shops, cinema, theatres and restaurants. Nearby are the South Downs and local golf courses which are around a 5-10 minute drive.
 
Aintree House is a quiet, family run guest house which has recently been renovated and offers a very high standard of accommodation, opening all year round. It is a strictly no smoking guest house.
